January 2026 Group Ketamine Assisted Therapy Program

Our group ketamine-assisted therapy sessions are held regularly to accommodate your healing journey. Check out the upcoming dates below, and secure your spot early to ensure availability.

Our time together will consist of:

One Assessment
Scheduled individually. Lauren Vilar, LCSW, LCAS will assess your readiness for the program and answer questions.

Two Preparation Sessions
1/8/25 at 2pm and 1/13/25 at 2 pm

Four Ketamine Medicine Sessions
January 15, 22, 29, and February 5th from 9:00 am-12:00pm

Four Group Integration Sessions
January 16th at 2:30 pm, January 23, January 30, and February 6th at 10:00 am

One Optional Individual Integration Session
Scheduled individually.

One Follow up & Reconnection Meet Up
March 5th at 10:30 am
